Ammeter Snippet
Itıs been mentioned before, but we canıt stress this point enough, so here it is again:
Stop using ammeters and start using voltmeters because:
Ammeters are too antiquated for modern electrical systems
Ammeters are too dangerous
All automobile manufacturers have stopped using them
Ammeters tell you what power you are using, where Voltmeters tell if you are charging.
Ammeters cause too many false signals to the alternator/regulator, resulting in over- or under- charging situations
And...using a Voltmeter rather than an Ammeter eliminates the heavy current flow in the vehicles electrical system...a MUCH safer method!
