WIRE WORKS, was founded in 1974, and is a result of over 30 years of experience in wiring street rods and developing electrical products directly for street rod applications. Having attended the first NSRA Street Rod National in Peoria in 1970 and being one of the first 100 members of the National Street Rod Association (#90), Ron Francis is aware what help fellow Rodders can use with what is often the least understood phases of street rod construction ... the wiring system. In 1982 the WIRE WORKS Trans-mounted Neutral Safety Switch received "Product of the Year" award, and the WIRE WORKS Bright Bulbs were picked as the Best "Safety Product of the Year" in 1985. In 1994 the Wire Works Crash Relay received another Best "Safety Product of the Year" award, and our electric gear shift indicator show what creative designers we have.
